1997 Britannias - Latest News - Tuesday 30th March 2004
We have just managed to buy a small quantity of 1997 (uncirculated) gold bullion Britannias. This year's coins have a special design, for one year only. These were unknown until September 2003, when the Royal Mint released them, but only as part of four-coin type sets at £1,350 per set (£337.50 per coin).
