Description
Most of the San Marino 5, 2, and 1 scudo coins have a new obverse and reverse design each year, as they are issued mainly for collectors. There has only been one single date of 10 Scudi issued:-

1978 10 Scudi
Obverse
A view of the city fortress of San Marino and its three towers with the inscription REPUBBLICA DI S. MARINO 1978 around the border.

Reverse
The female head of Liberty facing left with the word LIBERTA. The three towers and their plumes form Liberty's headband. The whole design is superimposed on a background of gates or crosses.
