Copyright Theft
Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.
Gold Bullion Co (thegoldbullion.co.uk)
Gold Bullion Co (thegoldbullion.co.uk) of Birmingham, are just one of the many coin dealers & jewellers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission.
On their "Buy Canadian Coins" Page, which we reproduce here, the only photograph on the page is our gold maple picture, and has been stolen from our Tax Free Gold website.
On their "Buy Sovereigns" Page, which we also reproduce here, at least 5 of the sovereign photographs on the page out of 13, have also been stolen from our either Tax Free Gold or our Gold Sovereigns websites.
We also recognise some of the other coin images as belonging to various of our other competiitors, so we guess that all of them have also been stolen.
This is dishonest, and contradicts what Gold Bullion Co say about themselves on their "About Us" page:

What's Wrong?
It is dishonest and unethical to pirate and steal other people's work by using high quality copyright photographs without the owner's consent. To do so in competition with them is doubly devious. We can partially understand why they do it; it is quick and easy (but then so is robbing people).
"Paul Marcus, its founder has been trading in gold and silver bullion for over 35 years and is well respected for his honesty, integrity and trust", according to thegoldbullion.co.uk's "About Us" page. This simply cannlot be true from the evidence of copyright theft which we can see before our own eyes.
Our Conclusions & Advice
Avoid dealing with dishonest companies and individuals. If sites like Paul Marcus at Gold Bullion Co (thegoldbullion.co.uk), who create the impression on their website of being important financial and investment advisor, with an apparent stock of high quality gold sovereigns and other gold coins, but one who is dishonest enough to steal our photographs, should you trust them when buying or selling valuable gold coins, bullion, or investment advice? We think not!
Also, should you take any notice of their advice. Again, we would advise against it.
