Copyright Theft
Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.
Gold-Bullion.DE
Gold-Bullion.DE, Benjamin Finster or Bernhard Müller, of Römerstr. 493, 47443 Moers, Germany, are just one of the many coin dealers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their page http://www.gold-bullion.de/goldmuenzen/sovereign/auflage/24a6bc966b0d05d01/gold_sovereign_auflage.htm, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using at least 7 of our gold sovereign images, their welcome page uses our picture of a stack of year 2000 krugerrands, and there is evidence from a Google Image search that there were until recently numerous other of our images used on this site.
Changed Background
We note that the background colour of our images has been changed, but this is very easy to do with software packages. It does not excuse or disguise the image theft.
