koinz_co eBay Copyright Thief - Stupid or Crook?
koinz_co, of Derry City, Londonderry, United Kingdom, stole sovereign and gold two pound photographs to use on eBay, including a non-existent 1892 double sovereign . Beware probable scam!
He omitted to tell buyers that the image was not of the coin he was selling. Either stupid or a crook.
He stole the Victoria Jubilee Head Double Sovereign photograph, and his "description" from Sovereign Gold Coins (sovereigngoldcoins.com), who in turn have stolen some of their photographs from us, and probably others from elsewhere.
Sample Listing
VICTORIA DE1 (sic) GRATIA (1892) (sic)
The double sovereign (also known as the Two-Pound) dates back to around 1500 during the reign of Henry VII when a thicker version of the sovereign was struck. This gold coin is extremely rare and was never intended for circulation, the obverse features Henry VII seated on a throne facing forwards and on the reverse is a large Tudor Rose.

What's Wrong?
It is always possible, even likely, that sellers who steal photographs do not own a similar item, and have the intention to totally defraud potential buyers.
The vendor is not only cheating us by stealing copyright images, he is fraudulently or ignorantly misleading and deceiving all potential buyers. Gaining pecuniary advantage by deception is the definition of fraud.
He listed his so-called double sovereign under eBay category Coins Coins British Victoria (1837-1901) Sovereign, although as eBay do not have a "Double Sovereign" subcategory for Victoria, we can almost understand why.
What Date?
The only date of gold two pound coin (double sovereign) issued bearing the Jubilee head of Queen Victoria, so this particular eBay crook needs spectacles or a functioning brain.
Other Items
The same crook also had a 1910 Edward VII sovereign listed as "1910 EDWARD V11 DG". also using a stolen photograph.
Price
The seller was asking a starting price of £0.99 for his listings.
