Copyright Theft
Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.
Marcello Caputo
Marcello Caputo of Italy, are just one of the many coin dealers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their home page http://www.marcellocaputo.com/, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using one of our Krugerrand images, and our image of the reverse of a 2005 uncirculated sovereign.
We were unable to find their address on their website!
In general we advise against trading with people who do not clearly show their contact details on their website. We also advise against dealing with people who are happy to steal images.
